    First and foremost i would like to say hello to everyone and I'm excited to join this community. Been lurking different boards for a while and like what i see here. constructive members are hard to come by it seems.

    BACKGROUND
    I have been lifting heavily for the past 8 years of my life. Just in the past two years have I experienced the wonder and results of strict diet plans. Anyhow i've been researching my options to get myself to that next tier of physical perfection over the course of the past year and AAS is where I've landed.

    STATS

    Age: 22 years young (Let the flames begin - 26 nat test stops, ill shut myself down, etc, etc - My mind is set, my goals are set, i am taking all necessary precautions to make this cycle safe and uninterrupted so please avoid the age argument and keep it constructive. I am by no means a proffessional or think that i know all that i can. I'm more than open to any kind of suggestions or advice as to the current cycle I am running. thank you

    Height: 5'8"

    Weight: 200-205 upon leaving the gym

    BMI: 8-9% body fat

    cycle experience: zero

    GOALS

    Put on 10-20lbs of lean mass

    Work on body proportion

    MAINTAIN my lean gains after PCT


    THE CYCLE

    Week 1-12: Test Enanthate 250mg Tues/Thurs (500/wk)
    Week 1-12: Arimidex .5mg EOD

    Week 3-12: HCG 250iu 2x weekly (may up dosage on last few injects, suggestions or advice regarding this?)

    I will be using standalone Nolva for my PCT

    Week 15-16: 40mg Nolva ED

    Week 17-18: 20mg Nolva ED

    This is my first cycle i want to keep it very simple and clean

    On-Cycle Supps
    Animal Pak - Multi
    Animal Flex - Joint Support
    Whey
    Cassein
    Glutamine
    Life Support
    Fish Oil
    Liv 52
    NO-based pre-workout (likely use 2+ dif ones during cycle)

    DIET

    I will post up my full plan later (On another computer)

    Basically maintaining a 5000-6000 cal/day diet throughout

    Carbs: 500-600g a day - Steel Cut Oats mornings, Whole wheat bread with lunch, Brown/Basmati Rice at night, Sweet potatoes at night.

    Proteins: 450-500g a day - Fish, Chicken, Red Meat, Whey/Casein throughout the day, etc

    Like i said will post you my actual diet plan later.

    Day one

    DAY ONE

    Injection cherry popped!

    So last night was the first night. Alcohol swabs lined up, sharps container glaring at me to feed him already. It was as nerve wracking as everyone described, hand a little shaky and unsure. Drew the test with 18ga and pinned myself with 23ga in my right Glute. Man getting it done was a good feeling after all the buildup i felt GREAT once i pulled the needle out and headed to the gym. Actually looking forward to my next pin and ready for this cycle to progress!


    FYI my avatar will be my first log picture, taken last night. My log will be a bit slow these first three weeks, I plan to get full measurements at some time this week.

    DAY TWO

    Nothing special going on today. Hit back and Bi's real hard today, nothing new. Can't say i feel any different yet aside from my mood seems to be pretty elevated.

    Put down 5200 calories today.

    Weighed an even 200 leaving the gym today.

    Decided I'd take today to post up a few pictures seeing as it is one day after my first pin.

    Looking very good bro. Excellent base. You aren't 6% BF though.. More like 9% IMO... Fireguy would be the man to ask about that (maybe repost pics in "member pic forum")

    Only things I would say you could focus on working on are the pecs and legs. Overall though, excellent symmetry

    One thing about the cycle... is there a reason why you are running the a-dex at such a high dose? 0.5mg/eod is heavy, unless you're sure your gyno prone. If you aren't, I would reduce it to 0.25mg/E3D or EOD...

    Is there a reason you aren't using a kick-start to this cycle?

    Thanks alot man.. Ya i knew it was likely a bit higher got two 5-point caliper tests done in the past month at two separate gyms i go to; one put me at 4.6% (crock of shit i know) and the second put me at 7.1% i decided to go with a medium of 6 as i know they are not all that accurate.

    Hmm.. no particular reason other than keeping water down and avoiding a flare up of any sort of gyno (had small flare up with a epi/tren PH i ran about a year ago). Will consider knocking it down if you guys think .5 EOD is too high?

    No reason other than i want my first cycle to be purely test to see how i react. I dont wanna mix a dbol kick or anything for this first go round.

    Cool... Yah, the biggest issue with caliper tests is generally the people who administer them. Unless you're well seasoned w/ the calipers you can be terribly inaccurate.

    IMO, reduce a-dex to 0.25mg/eod. That should plenty to prevent a further flare up.

    Good luck w/ the cycle, i'll pop in from time to time to check out the progress.

    DAY 4

    Today was the second pin. Wouldn't say it went any smoother than the first, still a little nervous each pin, especially with my uncoordinated left hand.

    Hit chest/tris today, strength is still around the same so far (as i expected). Going to slow down the log for a week or so. I'll plan to post up some new pictures at the end of week 3.

    Update

    thanks guys, it has been alot of work up unto this point and i expect there to be much more once i complete this cycle.

    DAY 9

    A quick update on everything; had my third injection yesterday afternoon. Something about right hand to right glute is SOOO much easier. Both cheeks are pretty sore today, even my left still from last Thursdays inject. I expect this to be for no reason other than it being a virgin inject and I'm sure the needle moved around a bit more during the inject due to my left-handed akwardness.

    9 days after first injection and i can definitely feel something. There's something about getting that oily taste in my mouth post injection that gets me going before i head to the gym. Whether or not it's in my head remains to be seen. I'm already noticing changes in vascularity and definition in some areas of my body.

    On a side note i had a question for you guys regarding training regimens. I train 6 days a week, EVERY week. Do not jump to conclusions off the bat and scream OVERTRAINING. My body has become accustomed to this over the past few years. My body has been able to cope and grow without gear and training this heavily, so in my eyes it should be able to do so the same way while i'm ON (at greatly increased rates).

    I was just curious as to what some other people's training regimens look like while on gear. How many break days a week? hit each muscle group once a week? twice a week?

    My Training

    Mon: Chest/Tris
    Tues: Back/Bis
    Weds: Legs/Shoulders
    Thurs: Repeat Mon
    Fri: Repeat Tues
    Sat: Repeat Weds

    One day a week is typically reserved for lower rep sets and the other i hit hard with high rep sets on everything. When i miss a Saturday or take the whole weekend off i just carry over the day i skipped and follow the same plan accordingly.

    Man, shoulder presses uses the tris and bench presses uses the front part of the shoulders, you cant train ABC2x/week like that, you're overtraining your shoulders and tris, put the shoulder training on monday

    DAY 16

    Thanks everyone for the support and follows, I've really been busting my ass and i know its going to show.

    Been a few days since i last logged thought id give you guys an update.

    First 2 Injection day was yesterday. Even tho I'm still a little bit of a pu$$y with the needles it was surprisingly easy. Each injection seems to be getting a little easier and the soreness has gone down drastically after each shot. Lasting 1-2 days tops. HCG diluted to 500iu/cc so injecting the 1/2cc feels like nothing.


    Weight Gain: ~5 solid pounds. I know this doesn't seem like much i think I'm right on track to my 15-20lbs of lean maintainable gains come week 19+. The gains are noticeably clean. Diet has been in check. With those 5 pounds came some pretty noticeable strength gains already.

    [B]Gym today:[Chest/Tris:/B]

    Flat Bench: Warmup, 225x12, 245x10, 275x8, 295x5, 315x4 (Was trying to see if i could get back up to 315 today - I have serious mental walls with bench) ~40lb 1RM difference.
    Incline: 185x12, 205x12, 225x10. (Last week ended with 205x8)
    Incline/Flat Chest Fly: Both up at ~15 lbs. Much larger increase on machine flies (maxed out pecdeck at 312 for last 2 sets of 10 today).
    Weighted dip reps up quite a bit this week.
    Pushdowns, kickbacks, and most of my other tri workouts up at least 15 lbs.


    I am already starting to see gains in quite a few areas. Shoulders, forearms, calves, quads, bis all more vascular and defined.

    Been getting compliments from every which way. Sex drive is through the roof; and being a pretty sexually active person before Day 1 I'm a little worried after this weekend.

    Playamade: I will research a little into injecting Mon:AM/Tues:PM. Anyone else have any feedback regarding his suggestion?

    That's about it for now; as promised i will have updated pictures posted by Sunday, possibly Monday (3 week mark).

    DAY 23

    Sorry for the delayed update guys; life's keeping me busy as hell.

    WEIGHT
    As of today i'm +9lbs, very lean lbs. I've lost a % or 2 of bodyfat alongside it and i am retaining no water with my .25mg Anastrozole EOD. My weight is not fluctuating at all which i usually have a problem with, it has been a slow steady rise since day 1. Definition changes seem to be coming along very nicely, (can see all the fibers in my front & medial deltoids when lifting shoulders). Vascularity increasing in more areas.

    STRENGTH
    My strength is really starting to go through the roof this week. Every exercise has seen an increase week by week. I'll post some updated reps/sets when i get my log from work.

    Libido is still through the roof. And my confidence overall up alot; together they've turned me into a fvckin pornstar the past few weekends.

    Injections still seeming to get easier. Had one small lump around my glute injection site last week, freaked myself out for about two days while i massaged it and stuff now its completely gone. HCG shots have been absolutely painless.

    DIET
    Diet has been in check since Day 1. Considering upping my calories, but so far I really see no need to. (Posting rough diet plan below at request of members)

    I've taken this advice... no idea how i missed this in my cycle planning. Oh well still a learning experience.

    For the record I do NO cardio. I've probably done no more than 10 one-two mile jogs in the past year of dieting and training. However I do have very intense weight training sessions. I'm considering starting some light cardio for to work on leg definition a little more.

    Sorry for the shitty pictures, trying to make do tonight. No one here to help me with a leg shot or back shot right now and we have ZERO tall mirrors in this house. No flex, no pump, just exhaling slightly in both of these

    Diet

    ROUGH OUTLINE

    Meal 1: wake up 5-6am - Shake: 2 scoops gold standard whey w/ skim milk. 6-8 scrambled eggs w lite hot sauce (1-2x a week 10 egg whites). Piece of whole wheat toast. (supps: 1 animal pak, life support, liv52)

    Meal 2: 9am work break. ~2 cups cooked steel cut oats w/ raisins & little brown sugar. 1 yogurt

    Meal 3: 12pm work lunch. 2-3cans chunk/solid tuna w lite mayo 3 pieces of whole wheat bread. Shake: 1 scoop casein protein w skim milk. random steamed veggies. (Supps: Animal flex Joint support)

    Meal 4: 2pm work PWO meal: A turkey/chicken breast sandwich (whole wheat bread) w/ just lettuce, tomato, and lite mustard. 1 Cliff builder's Bar


    Gym 4:30-6:30pm
    (supps: Preworkout drink, During lift amino acid drink, immediately following workout 2 scoops Gold Standard whey w/water & 1 animal pak multivitamin.)

    Meal 5: Steak or 2 large chicken breasts or lean pork loin, ~2 cups brown rice, 1-2 cups Steamed/grilled sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc.
    (supps: life support, liv52)

    Meal 6: 2 cups cottage cheese, handful or two of raw almonds, Shake: Casein and skim milk.

    This is a general outline of my diet for these past 5-6 weeks. Sometimes meals are moved around or slight changes made but you get the idea.

    Week 5

    DAY 29

    Quick update for you guys..

    3rd set of pictures coming end of next week

    STRENGTH
    My weekly strength gains are becoming increasingly noticeable. Starting to rep sets I would previously end with. Seeing large gains in literally every excersize.


    WEIGHT
    I am +12lbs as of last night. Still retaining little to no water. I am very happy with this as I am well on my way to exceed my weight goal set for this cycle. Honestly I am a little worried about putting on TOO much weight given my height. I would not be suprised if i ended this cycle at 225+ and drop minimal weight after PCT. Does anyone try to "limit" their weight gains while on cycle?


    SIDE NOTES
    Libido is still running wild. Still seeing more vasularity in a few areas. Pinning coming more naturally.

    A COUPLE QUESTIONS

    Pinning: I have stuck to strictly Glute injections up to this point but am starting to consider another injection site. I've been doing 4x injections/wk and havn't had any issues up to this point but sometimes am a little leary with muscle stiffness and multiple injections. my question is:
    What is another one of the easiest/least painful injection sites for self injections?

    Leg Definition: God blessed me with great leg genetics. They have always been large and stronger than 99% of the people I have met in my training (I attribute this to the fact that I've always considered legs one of my most important workouts 1-2x weekly). My problem is i have a hard time getting much quad/hamstring definition. I want to see some hard cuts in my legs. As i stated before I do little to no cardio. Is this my problem? Should i be increasing cardio whether it be bike or run to see more definition? Or can really defined legs be obtainable with strict dieting and intense leg training sessions? Could really use a few pointers
