First and foremost i would like to say hello to everyone and I'm excited to join this community. Been lurking different boards for a while and like what i see here. constructive members are hard to come by it seems.
BACKGROUND
I have been lifting heavily for the past 8 years of my life. Just in the past two years have I experienced the wonder and results of strict diet plans. Anyhow i've been researching my options to get myself to that next tier of physical perfection over the course of the past year and AAS is where I've landed.
STATS
Age: 22 years young (Let the flames begin - 26 nat test stops, ill shut myself down, etc, etc - My mind is set, my goals are set, i am taking all necessary precautions to make this cycle safe and uninterrupted so please avoid the age argument and keep it constructive. I am by no means a proffessional or think that i know all that i can. I'm more than open to any kind of suggestions or advice as to the current cycle I am running. thank you
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 200-205 upon leaving the gym
BMI: 8-9% body fat
cycle experience: zero
GOALS
Put on 10-20lbs of lean mass
Work on body proportion
MAINTAIN my lean gains after PCT
THE CYCLE
Week 1-12: Test Enanthate 250mg Tues/Thurs (500/wk)
Week 1-12: Arimidex .5mg EOD
Week 3-12: HCG 250iu 2x weekly (may up dosage on last few injects, suggestions or advice regarding this?)
I will be using standalone Nolva for my PCT
Week 15-16: 40mg Nolva ED
Week 17-18: 20mg Nolva ED
This is my first cycle i want to keep it very simple and clean

Fish Oil

NO-based pre-workout (likely use 2+ dif ones during cycle)
DIET
I will post up my full plan later (On another computer)
Basically maintaining a 5000-6000 cal/day diet throughout
Carbs: 500-600g a day - Steel Cut Oats mornings, Whole wheat bread with lunch, Brown/Basmati Rice at night, Sweet potatoes at night.
Proteins: 450-500g a day - Fish, Chicken, Red Meat, Whey/Casein throughout the day, etc
