Hi guys, new to this forum so ill post my stats up to start with -
Age - 21
Weight - 220lb
Height - 6'1
B/f - 14-16%
Years training - 6
Cycle -
Primo depot - week 1-12 100mgs m/w/f
Proviron 50mg daily for 12 weeks
I decided to add the proviron as primo can sometimes cause erectile problems in some people and the primo only as i have a slight case of gyno so i want to avoid estrogenic effects as much as possible and am under a specialist as they think i may have testicle failure and i have fertility problems anyway.
I had my first shot on monday but am now thinking if i should discontinue the primo and do a test only 500mg twice weekly but am worried as i stated above about the side effects i could have. What do you guys think?
My diet a quite good, it looks a little like this -
Meal 1 - 120g of oats, 1 bannana
Meal 2 - 120 of wheat pasta, 100g of chicken
Meal 3 - 4 pieces of wholemeal bread, 1 tin of tuna or 4 whole eggs
Train - 1 scoop of whey, 5g creatine
Meal 4 - 100g of white rice, 100g of chicken
Meal 5 - Homemade shake - 50g oats, scoop of whey, peanut butter, bannana
Meal 6 - 300g of cottage cheese
Drink 3 - 5 litres of water daily and try to stick to that diet as much as possible but when working i will replace meals with shakes.
