Sustanon cycle critique

I just finished my PCT after my first cycle which was

testoviron 750mg/wk (weeks 1-12)
deca 600/wk (weeks 4-10)

and for PCT (weeks 14-18) chlomid 100/ed nolva 40/ed / tribulus. My body stats are:

age: 27
weight: 205 lbs
height: 6'
bf: 12%
years of training: 5

I gained 20 lbs from the cycled and I'm planing to move to a new cycle of sustanon which will be:

(the cycle will start a month after the end of the pct).

sustanon: 1000mg/wk (weeks 1-10)
d-bol: 40mg/ed (weeks 1-4)
nolva: 20mg/ed (weeks 1-12)

PCT I'll follow the protocol chlomid /nolva weeks 12-16.


I aim to gain at least 20lbs and maintain my bf at the same levels.
Opinions about the cycle are welcome.

I think your test dose for the first cycle was high, and too high for the second. why are you skipping the deca on the second cycle?

Testoviron contains enanthate and propionate esters. So I decided to pin eod due to the quick ester (prop). For this reason I don't consider 750mg testoviron as a high dose but as the required dose.
I skip deca on the second cycle because I know that it shuts you down hardly and the test levels don't recover easily. So you think that 1000mg sus is a high dose for this cycle? what dose would you propose?

I transfer amps to vials so for me injection frequency does not determine dose.
deca will suppress you faster than test, but not necessarily more. 1000mg/week test for 10 weeks will fully suppress you regardless of the inclusion of deca.

yes you have a point on that. So you think it's better to go for sustanon 500/wk and add deca as a second compound?
I'm just asking your opinion.

yes, personally I gain more mass of of 19nor compounds but I prefer the feeling and effects of test, so perhaps 500mg/test 600mg/deca

I did this for my second cycle (500/test 600/deca), it will provide you with some great gains - no need to up the test to 1000mg's until your third or forth cycle.
