Hey I am new here just wanted to say hi and give you guys some info about me see if you got any suggestions
I am 18, 5'9, 195, I been lifting for real since January I want to lose about 20 pounds and put on lean cut muscle, I am also really looking into starting a cycle (not for awhile though I want to research it a lot more) I was thinking of doing a deca only cycle, any suggestions on good 1st cycle? Well thanks a lot for the help and good job on the web site guys its great you guys have a lot of info about almost everything, Peace!
