    Trouble With Gains

    my stats
    age 24
    ht 6 2
    weight 210
    bf 13
    6 yrs training


    Test E 500mgs/Week for 14 wks
    Deca 400 mgs/week for 12 wks
    D Bol 25 mgs/ Day for 6 wks
    Arimidex 1 mgs every other day

    okay the first 7 weeks of this cycle i gained 25 pounds was feeling great liftin more then ever and every time i went to the gym i could lift more. now on week 8 ive stopped gaining weight and maybe have even lost 3 pounds and feel like im not getting anywher anyone got any advice

    yeah, you need to up your cals as you go, accounting for the new mass you've put on.

    Your diet is likely not in check and that A-dex dosage is high enough to hinder gains big-time.

    My advice:

    Calculate your BMR/Tdee and post your diet in that section to get it sorted out for the rest of your cycle. Eat more in the mean time.

    so im thinkin since half life of adex is 3 day take 1 mg every 3 days

    usually like .25-.50 mgs eod is pretty standard, .25 works well for me

    Agree with Damien. Look outside of the box and consider those variables.

    If you want help calculating check out the Harris Benedict formula for men.

    Google it and don't forget your TDEE. Damien is right....you need to account for the new mass, although a lot of it is water. Eat and don't stop working out.
    Get plenty of rest.

    Just to reiterate though, yes the diet is the biggest factor BUT you really should reduce that a-dex to like .25mg eod or .5 e3d. It's overkill right now.

    x2 you need some estrogen to grow bro believe it or not....

    dont up the cals too drastically too quickly, i'll give a fair bet tht 25lbs in 7wks will be alot of water aswell as any muscle gain
