Hi guys.
It's been a while, I got a little out of shape due to some work related issues, no time to train etc.
For the last 5 weeks I've been cutting hardcore, 1500 cals, low carb 6 days a week with one carb up. I'm on very low dose tren as I like to use it when cutting because my cals can go crazy low without muscle loss!
I'm down about 15-20lbs in 5 weeks, not sure exactly, but gained strength too believe it or not and look like i've gained a little muscle. Gotta love tren even at 25mg/ed.
What I want to know is, if I go straight from this diet into a bulk, will this period of cutting work as a prime and be ideal to bulk from?
stats: around 200lbs, prob 15% now, was a bit fatter. Have done quite a few cycles previously but like I sid have had a year off, used tren to get myself into shape as fast as possible now that I have time to train again. 6 foot. Some might say I shouldn't have jumped right back into juice after a year off , but I wanted quick results. And it's worked, no abs to 4 pack in 5 weeks is pretty damn good
Current diet is lots of fibrous veggies, ie spinach, broccoli, bean sprouts with 150g of chicken x 3
oats + whey x 2
+ fish oil, total cals approx 15-1600
So what do you think? would going immediately into a bulk when I hit 10% bf work well with this or should I approach things slower?
