i have an aerobic sort of weight training ive been doing for years that i thought id apply ron's 8 week reload and 2 week deload on.
i work out 3 times a week on all muscle groups, moving between machines with no rest and lots of reps
ive been injecting 250mg twice a week for the past 3 weeks and ive just started to notice the difference.
i just wanted to know if u guys thought i was doing anything wrong and id like some advice on pct
this guy seems to know what hes talking about, says to stay away from nolva and clomid

i just dont get the whole concept of pct. the test e im taking is a drug that makes my balls produce testosterone, and when i bridge with pct, u want me to take different drugs that make my balls produce testosterone?
