    How much cardio is too much?

    I'm currentlly taking 30/300 ephedra/caffine pills twice daily, question is should I stick to doin 25min cardio before and 25min after weight training.?or is that too much just fine or not enough?
    I'm currently trying to get to 10%BF or lower for about 2-3 months before starting my next AAS cycle.
    I started this two weeks ago and was 179lbs @ 13%BF, currently @ 168lbs.

    I'm 27
    BF 13%
    169lbs
    2 1/2y training @ 5 days/w
    m-chest
    t-back
    w-sholders
    t-bies/tries/forarms
    f-legs
    nutrition: 115g ground turkybreast/56g wheat pasta 3 times/day
    whey protiein upon waking and before and after training and before bed.
    1800 cal.
    150g carbs.
    375g protien

    i would say nothing over an hour a day cardio, so 25mins X 2 is fine i would break it up throught the day, maybe 25mins in the morning then another 25mins before or after your weight training, i think doing it all together is to much, unless you try and eat a banana or somthing during your workout

    I have noticed I get the max benefit from jogging within 20 mins of waking with no food.I usually run for 30 mins. Then 10 or 15 mins on whatever machine is behind a hot chick after the lifting

    Ditto to that bro, i got no honeys in my gym, nothing but thugs/homies. Feels like I'm lifting at San Quentin State. In regards to the cardio, i get my cardio in in the morning before I consume any type of nutrition. I tried cardio after my workouts but felt i was getting better feedback when I did it in the morning, usually about 20-30min 3x week.

    lol im happy with the couple chicks at my gym now, and thanks a lot with the post i had the same question because i am trying to drop about 20 pounds and been running before and after my workout for about 30min
