    Alternative ways for Primo

My problem - Primo hurts like HELL for well over a week for me. I've used my glute, leg, delt and it's all the same. For some reason it's debilitatingly painful for me. I've done test/var cycles before, but I have trouble with the sides too. I get super-crampy on var (otherwise it's great), and we all know test...

My undoubtedly stupid question: is there any other way (aside from pills) to take primo? Sub-Q shots?

Alternatively, does anyone know how to stop the post-workout cramps I get with var? That would be awesome.

What are your Var dosages? How is your potassium intake?

Good. Magnesium/Calcium/Potassium are great for fighting cramps. If it's intolerable I would taper down to 50mg and adjust accordingly from there.

    OK sounds good. Thanks.

Any idea if primo can be shot subcutaneously?

Use a sterile cutting agent as suggested earlier. 50:50 ratio. Pre-warm the oil and injection spot as well. These should alleviate the pain.
