I would like someone to help me out. I want to get shredded, and increase in strength dramatically. I'm going to be on a cutting diet plan, with the exeption of whey protien, and tuna sandwiches all the time. No carbs or any bullshit.
I would prefer someone to give me a 5 week cycle plan. I can stack do whatever. Of the best prohormone stack, also what you guys reccomend for liver support and all.
