    what time of year cycle

    gonna do my first cycle sometime in the future but summers already over so it would basicly make more sense to wait till about spring next year if I wanna be good for summer?

    As long as you are working on your training and following a well planned diet, then yeah, around 3 months prior to summer if that is your goal.

    The way I typically do it (and a lot of others as well) is bulk in the fall/winter and cut in the spring/summer. That means two cycles a year if you want, with 3 month maintenance periods in between (usually I'll zig zag my diet in the maintenance months to keep muscle and drop fat once I'm past my PCT cause I always add a few lbs in the PCT trying to maintain my gains)

    If its your first cycle then you could do a bulking cycle starting now or in the next couple months and then come March or April do a cutting cycle and be in good shape for summer.

    Thats really up to you. Are you going to be traveling for the holidays? Do you have a problem slacking on the diet 1 or 2 days for the sake of a holiday? Its very possible to time a cycle to finish or start after the holidays, it all depends on duration and your personal priorities.

    As Neev stated, depends what your cycle goal is. If you want a big bulking cycle, now is the perfect time when you can start putting more clothes back on again. You dont have to worry so much about things like bloat if you are not walking on a beach showing off...

    but if you are cutting to lean out for esthetics then I would wait about 2-3 months before summer.

    Of what? I don't eat sweets so not really. If anything I get in some pretty hefty meals because of all the turkey and potatoes.

    thanks guys, thinking of maybe doing a test e around christmas time then a prop cycle around maybe may to june.
