    help with my pct

    sorry for asking a newb question

    going to end my 6week cycle next monday and am doing a dbol only cycle to see how my body reacts to androgen

    1st/2nd week 20mg
    3rd/4th week 25mg
    5th week 20mg
    6th week 15mg

    i took my tabs on trainning days(mon-thurs) off on fri,sat,sun


    so i was thinking of doing pct with nolva and clomid
    currently i have 30 50mg tabs of clomid and 30 20mg tabs of nolva

    should i use em all or not and how should my pct will look like since i did a really low dose of dbol only cycle thx in advance

    i was thinking of doing

    20/20/20/20 nolva
    50/50/50/50 clomid

    or should i reduce it to fewer weeks or fewer mg since i am on a low dose of aas

    Yes that PCT will suffice. 1 month post PCT get your blood work done.

    Man, this is one of the poorest cycle's I've came across yet. Taking Dbol on training days only? With no Testosterone in the mix?

    bf
    training experience
    cycle experience
    goals with this cycle

    Did you run anything to assist your liver?

    i took milk thistle during my cycle 600mg per day 200mgx3 spread

    and im taking on training days only bcoz i am left with 50tabs left till next oct

    I see. The icon wasn't because you didn't list your stats, it was due your reasoning regarding taking Dbol on your "training days". Next time you cycle, get ALL the gear on hand, PCT first though.

    I bet your blood pressure is ridiculously unstable right now. Get on that PCT and get blood work done.

    Then study everything this website has to offer before cycle again.

    did my blood pressure get unstabled bcoz of taking days off from dbols?

    dam the guy who gave me the tabs told me to take days off so i dun stress my liver up

    ED vs taking days off what are the downsides?

    Shit thats why u always do hrs of reserch before u jumb into something. Live and learn my friend. You also said your only 21 a bit young to be on this kinda stuff in my opinion.

    slightly off topic

    if im doing weight training on monday-thursday and cardio on friday-sunday
    will it affect my muscle growth?
    assuming im taking high carb/proteins on training days and during my cardio days low carb/high protein

    i've read about doing cardio on alternate days but will it slow down my muscle growth? my goal is to get lean with good definition

    Over-training, a lack of proper nutrition, excessive cardiovascular training, improper form, and inadequate sleep will hinder growth.

    Regarding your cardio, no 2 days will not be an issue. Assuming you aren't exceeding your recovery capacity on these days.

    so if im doing it on friday,saturday, and sunday say jog at a steady pace for 4km am i overdoing it?

    Not at all just make sure you are utilizing the proper nutrients to get you through your sessions.
