    What to "USE"

I am currently on accutane 60mg/ed, I have a remaining 2months on it..I want to use something, but am very uncertain if I would be able to, because of the accutane. Our summer holidays start in december the 1st.I currently feel a little "flat", and would love to gain a bit of size. and then be at about 5% bodyfat by december. Could I please have some advice or suggestions

    My stats:
    Wheight: 200lbs
    6ft.3
    bf:8%

most people on this site will tell you to take 500mg of test enanthate per week for at least 10 weeks for a basic beginner cycle. if you want to cut down during that time you should clean up your diet and do cardio

The only important thing we're missing is age.
And why did you put "use" in quotes?

Do you realize how low 5% body fat is? That is around what people work for weeks/months to get down to for competition. Staying at that for any length of time is also unhealthy. 8% that you claim to be is hard to maintain.

    Age?

It sounds like you need to tweak your diet so you can gain some size/weight/lean muscle and make sure your routine is on track.

    What is your current diet?
What is your current workout routine?
Can you post a body shot picture?

This is a picture of approximately 8%-9% body fat.

Post up your diet with more details in the diet section; you will get more responses.

You dont need to cycle yet. Get the diet in tune and learn why it's not a good idea to cycle until you are over 24 by reading the sticky notes above please.

You need to post this in the diet section. Im not a diet guru but I will bet they will tell you to cut out so many shakes. Pre workout and post workout is fine.

8am you need a real breakfast. 6+ eggs oats and Flaxoils is OK but forget the shake and eat real food.
