Not a complete newbie to AAS, but def new to the board. I have been lurking for a while trying to soak up as much info as possible and have decided to get with Ronnie's Slingshot Training System. It sounds like exactly what I am looking for.
My AAS history starts back in 94 with a bottle of test cyp. I was 22 at at the time and weighed about 190. After one bottle I had gotten up to 220 and have remained around that core weight until now. Along the way I have cycled with test e and cyp a couple of times only to give the gains back after coming off.
I am 36 now and my most recent cycle was a test e/winny combo. I was getting ready to add some test cyp and eq to the mix when I came across the STS and decided to back up, deload/pct for three weeks and start back. Tom will begin the second week of the deload. I will be running clomid and tamox for the next two weeks and then getting ready for the following:
weeks 1-8
test e 420mg/wk
test cyp 420mg/wk
deca 300mg/wk
eq 300mg/wk (may go up to 600 after reading some today)
weeks 9-10
deload/pct
clomid and tamox, still trying to decide on dosages.
weeks 11-19
REPEAT AAS cycle with slightly higher doses
weeks 20-21
prime, very little gym time, some cardio
begin full 4 week pct with hcg
weeks 22-23
continue pct
begin deload with normal training split, 6 work sets/body part
weeks 24-35
reload/deload, very similiar gear lower doses
weeks 36-46
reload/deload, very similiar gear higher doses
weeks 47-50
prime/pct/deload
At this point I want to see where I am at and how the training is going. I am trying to go ahead and plan out an entire year of load/deload and accumulate the gear nec. to get there.
Also, I will be running 2-4iu's of hgh the entire year![]()
