    Carbs Before Workout

    Just a quick Q on whether or not you can have too many carbs before you train with weights. My workouts generally take about and hour and a half. Or is this just simply one of those things where I just listen to my body. I only ask because I ate about 25g of carbs about 45 mins before my workout today and ran out of gas about halfway through.

    well depending on your diet and stats 25 grams of carbs is nothing. before a workout eat a cup of oatmeal or brown rice or another clean slow digesting carb for energy.

    also during your workout supplement your body's glycogen stores with dextrose.
