    Need a good salad dressing

Anyone know of a good salad dressing, preferably low fat/sugar/salt? I eat lots of salads with tuna/salmon and always put on a bit of dressing to make it edible. Any recommendations?

I've always used a fat free/sodium free ranch mix, and blended jalepenos in with it. I love it.

    Vanduhl's is probably healthier though.

i was gonna make a joke about jizz but anyway

This is what I use for dipping chicken and for salads. I blend low fat Honey Mustard Dressing, Dijon Style Mustard, and Honey Mustard together. The dressing bottle has 35 fat calories per serving of 2 tbsp, but the other two have zero fat. Mixed together its pretty bombastic

    fat free honey dijon

quick fish recepe (i prefer tilapia!)

    take a casserole dish

coat the bottom lightly with honey dijon dressing

    put fish in

    put some dressing ontop

you can put in spices if you want. i do a bit of oregano now and then, etc.

bake in the oven (use foil to seal the top of dish) for 10 mins at 350 degrees.

    awesome fish, fat free/not fried.

    so good.

You may also try a salad with rice-vinegar and perhaps add some thinly sliced apples.

Kraft makes a new line with really low amounts of bad stuff. The greek feta is awesome.

Somehow I was expecting DSM in here offereing to toss your salad for you.
