dosage on off days

ive done other supplemts all things buyable at gnc but i was wondering when it comes to your cycle on things you take everyday does that include your off days if there are two or 3 days in your week

If you're taking a long estered test, it might happen to fall on your off or on days, but that incidental.

orals should be dosed daily regardless of training schedule.

thats what i thought just wanted to be positive but on days wen not traing should dosage be a little lower or same dosage
