Im trying to figure out a good diet to use to gain muscle mass. The problem is I have a bad stomach condition and I cant eat dairy and red meat. I also cant eat vegetables on an empty stomach. Another problem is that I cant eat large amounts of food at one time, I have to eat smaller meals a bunch of times a day, to keep my stomach as empty as possible. I weigh 140 lbs and Im trying to get to 170 at least. Dont know if Im gonna juice up yet. I cant get all gigantic real fast cause my friends and family gonna notice the weight gain and they gonna know. Any ideas or suggestions?
