leg day is a hard and tiring day
The most exhausting and rewarding day of the week
Leg day is when you get helped in to your car
I dread leg day....It ruins my whole week knowing that It's slowly approaching.
Love lower day.
i want to forget it happened after every day i do it....like i said before in the whore house...i puked bad last leg day and it took 5 days for the DOMS to gtfo of my quads and glutes...
I love to hate legs.
I feel like I have tree trunks but mirror show twigs .![]()
maybe toss in some hacksquats?
or if your gym doesnt have a hacksquat machine, do front squats using a smith machine.
i do wide and close foot stances - hits me HUGE.
she can squat over my face.
