    please advise on upcoming cycle

Hi there, from my last post i was planning to run a cycle but had to delay it due to work, now i am off working in the rig and have much time to dedicate myself on it. Here's d cycle i'm planing to run.

    First off My stats:
    Age:27
    BF: 15-18% (still dieting down)
    Height:1.8m
    weight:97kgs
    3-4 years gym experience

    Here is my planned cycle:

    (Option A)
    week 1-10: test e 500mg/week ( Mon, Tue)
    week 1-5 25-50 mg proviron
    week 4-10 50-80mg Anavar.

    (Option B)
    Week 1-12 test e 500mg/week ( Mon, Tue)
    week 1-12 25-50 mg proviron
    week 6-12 50-80mg Anavar.

Additional adex on hand should bloat, Milk thistle

    Pct
    nolva:40/40/20/20
    clomid100/50/50/50
    Tribulus Supplements

Not to sure ON HOW TO RUN THE PROViron properly. i know the purpose of addin prov to every test cycle and i like the idea. Should i run it ED all 10 weeks at 25-50 mg or treat it like like a kickstart like DBOL for the first 4 weeks. Should i run ED or EOD??? Another question is i do have HCG Coming in. Should i run it the last 3 weeks of the cycle At 4 ius EDay? is my cycle 10 weeks of TEST E ok? or is it better to run 12 weeks.

    Cheers people!

You don't look like the stats you mentioned, nor do you look like you've spent quality time in the gym.

My new advise - be consistent now that your not on the rig, dial down on your diet a bit more and pack on some more lean mass naturally.

You are not 96kg that's for sure. I'm not good at guessing BF nor am I good at guessing weight accurately but from your height I can easily say you aren't even above 90kg.

Regardless you aren't cycle ready. Just by looking at you, I can tell you haven't dedicated yourself. Take my advice in post #6.

hey mate. I take ur advice.. but c'mon don't say just by looking at me u don't see any dedication..u Don't know me. u wrong in that area mate. looking fit n healthy is been always my priority. I did do MMA before a slip disc injury i had. Worst! i did try my best not to get overweight, its not easy to have ur own cooked healthy meal back there.

Its just that mayb somethings not right somewhere..

Cheers mate n have a nice day.

Don't mean to be harsh, but sometimes it takes just that for someone to get on the grind and start making progress.

Don't let anything discourage you. Get that diet down and keep training.

I agree with hawian (congrats on becoming a monitor!)
U would be under 90kgs unless u have some giant legs!
Try 6 months with strict diet and training then go from there.

My guess is your BF% is about 17-15%. It is very hard to tell from a picture as many, many things come into play. Light source is huge for one, skin tone for two, and for three different people look different at the same BF%. I can take a picture is harsh fluorescent light and I'll look like the 20%BF I am. I can take a picture down in my gym in one of the posing mirrors with incandescent down light and look like I'm ripped down to 12%. The only reliable method is measuring via accurate means.

You could be 96kg, who am I to say? That's 211 lbs at 5'11" based on my conversions. Some people are heavier than others. Most people look at me and peg me at 220-230lbs when in reality I'm 245. My broad shoulder girdle and big upper body hide the fat around my mid section. If you were weighed on a reliable scale (and contrary to what a lot of people believe electronic scales are usually very, very accurate), then that's what you weigh.

All that being said I still have to agree that you are not cycle ready. You need to pack on about 20lbs of lean mass naturally, and make sure your BF is down to 12-15% max. If you can't do that naturally then you will never keep any gains you get from steroid use, and truthfully your gains will be lackluster as well. I would say learn to eat by visiting the diet forum, posting up your current diet and getting feedback on that. Then do the same with training, etc.
