I am really trying to fine tune my diet, and judging from the way I feel. I am not sure i have the correct bmr/tdee.
I am 39, 6', 292lbs. When I was in shape I was about 210lbs at app 15%bf.
I've been doing CKD at around 2200 calories a day, I've been doing it for a month, the last 2 weeks I adjusted my percentages for more fat 65% with protein at 35% per the Tops Keto diet. I dont seem to feel as well as in the first two weeks. So I was considering starting a carb cycling diet next week. Or possibly a Palumbo Diet, which is closer to what I started with, higher protein, moderate fat.
I am leaning towards the Plaumbo Diet because i respond well to keto type but the lower protein doesnt seem to be agreeing with me.
