Received an email from this site that read. AS Verified suppliers list (979). It listed 2 sites , one was arr which we all know is legit. Then another which I won't name. Is this spam or legit?

No source is going to contact you, so ... case closed. I'm sure they threw the AR-R in there to make it seem legit.. like hey, if AR-R is in the same email, then this other one MUST be legit!!!
Stay away from it, most definitely scammers.

As allready stated no legit source is gonna contact somebody they dont know looking for business, its scammers trying to part you from your money just delete it and forget it.

i love the way you guys say no legit source will EVER CONTACT YOU ,well thats totaly untrue ,there are tons of legit source out there who will contact people plus there are tons of scammers ,i have been on source boards were you get there sponcers emailing you offering deals on products ect ,seem common practice around there to parrot ,no legit source will every contact you ,its bull shit.
i know there are alot of scamms out there but there are also good sources out there who do contact people they dont know .

Its funny then.. It seems to be only the new guys who get the emails. But I'm sure they are 100% legit. We are not talking about every source that ever existed. We are talking about the emails that are being sent to members here, recently.

i know what were talking about but its been said here for a long time that no legit source will ever contact you ,imo this is too protect the members from scammers and i can understand why it is said ,but its not 100% true .

I know what you mean and we are not trying to split hairs. In the email in question the member's name who generates the email always changes and its always a new account from what I can tell. There is a thread regarding sources and if the new guys cannot follow that thread then they have no one to blame.

Some that contact you may be legit. But personally do you want to risk it? I like to be very very sure before I spend my hard earned cash and inject a substance into my body thanks.

No its not.. legit sites dont have to behave that way. People come to them cause the shit is good. If they are trying to contact you chances are its bullshit fake shit.

It's the exact same email another member was sending out who is now banned a few days ago. He just attatched his name to it.

It's not a matter of what I think. In my experience, the sources i've dealt with in the past have had the reputation whereby they don't need to reach out to people, people come to them via referrals, etc.
Of course nobody could sit there and say that anybody contacting you would be 100% a scam, but considering that MOST are, why take the chance?

I think everybody agrees with that. I do not think suttie was trying to prove anything other than just making a point that you cannot rule EVERYONE out, especially depending on the forum it is generated within. History proves that MOST are scams however.

there is so much compition these day with all the new ugl,s comeing out that alot of sources are pushed for sales and they have to act in the manner of contacting people for sales ,think about it ,but i do agree there are still alot of scammers out there but also people are becomeing very very weary of scamms now and there are anumber of ways to get around not being scammed.
