Hypothetical question..
1. I'm done with my bulking cycle i put on like "10lbs" of LBM lets say. I go on my pct.. how should i eat? slowly lower cals/weekly to how i was eating before cycle. Or keep cals high for a month to maintain gains then slowly lower after..
or..
can i just eat at maintence so i hold on to the muscle and slowly lean out?
P.S. have not cycled yet just wanna know everything there is to know.. so dont post u need routine and diet first... i know im doing that now and in a couple years or so well see...
