anit estrogen confussion

I'm 5'8" 200 lbs. around 10-12% bf. I was planning on running a cycle of 600mg of test e and a pct of clomid and nolva. Pretty standard for a first cycle. I plan on using adex for the on cycle ai. After more research I am even more confussed about which ai to use. There are many threads stating the benifits of exemestane over adex. The way I understand it exemestane allows the test to convert to estrogen but "destroys" it. Allowing the test to do its job. Adex dosen't allow the test to convert at all. This causes the the test and adex to fight each other for "balance". They say this is cause for an "estrogen rebound" after you stop using adex. Would the pct of clomid and nolva stop the "estrogen rebound" effect? Any help explaining this would be appriceciated...I want to make sure I understand this BEFORE I run a cycle. Thank You.

They both do the same thing: bind up the aromatase enzyme and keep it from converting test to estrogen. The main difference is that Aromasin binds permanently, whereas Adex and Letro will only bind to it for around a week. This only really affects the rebound issue.

Aromasin really is better in every respect, so use it if you can get it.

Thats scary high.. Everyone is different but I find 10mg eod works just as well..

Not at all. I find 12.5 EOD to be the bare minimum. Many guys need 25mg/day on highly aromatising cycles.

Some can use as little as 2.5mg/day. Like I said, everyone is different, you should always use the smallest effective dose. That will vary from person to person.

exemestane is good stuff, my favorite ai. You could even use a small dose eod to start, see what dose works best for you.
