    Wanting to use 200-250 mgs Test prop...why is less not worth it?

    My cuz and I are running hgh 2iu 5/2 off for 5/6 months.
    I weighs 175....mid 30's
    He weighs 200.....late 20's.... Both 5'10.
    Worked out for over 10 yrs. No injuries.
    Both of us roughly 13-14% bf.
    We eat high protein/medium carbs/low fat......I eat a little more carb and tolerate some fat becuz i have high metabolism.

    We also will be running T4 25-50mcg ed if possible.

    We would like to add test prop but @ a low dose of 200-250mgs.
    We dont want too pack on too beastly and also dont want hair loss.
    WHY is more test recommended ?

    This is our first cycle. Already started hgh...but not up to the 2IU yet.

    Also WHEN in the cycle should we introduce the test?
    We're differing in opinion....he wants to bring in at the end and then go straight to PCT.
    Im wondering if we can bring it in in the beginning and PCT while still on HGH and T4. Or is that not a good idea?

    Also could anyone explain why low BF helps to contradict hair loss sides?.....just for knowledge as we plan to lower BF as much as possible and make it a priority.

    T4 is usuless IMO. More bodyfat=more estrogen conversion. Does baldness run in your family? And if you were considering running test why not a long ester? Do you really wanna pin HGH daily and then pin 50mg of prop every other day? HGH isn't recommended for a first cycle, theres a recent thread on here about why. 250mg a week is a little more than a TRT dose. I see a lot of guys here run something like that with high doses of suppresive AAS like deca. And where did you get your dosing information about HGH? How much are you taking now? In my opinion i'd rethink this first cycle.

    Add the T4 it works well with the HGH, almost a synergistic effect one could say. 50 - 100mcg/ed should be suffice.

    May I ask why you're concerned about bulking up at only 175 and 5'10?

    In any case, start the HGH and run it for the next 2 - 3 months, this will allow time for it to build up in your system. After 3 months have pasted, you could start taking test-prop for 8 - 10 weeks. I'm assuming you choose prop due to water retention concerns w/ long esters?!

    200-250mg/wk is quite a small dose. for your first cycle you can try out that, but don't expect enormous gains. Generally we recommend 500mg/wk for a first cycle... But if you feel that you can accomplish your goals w/ a lower dose, then more power to yah.

    BTW... you would start your PCT 3 days after your last shot of test-prop. There is no PCT for HGH... just discontinue when you run out.

    Not scared to bulk up really just dont want to do it too quickly...and make it highly apparent. Plus quicker gains and higher dosages have some higher risks, sides, and stress.

    These lower and smaller gains are going to be quality. And a step up from just natural.
    With low impact.
    U say its a TRT dose ...what is the average male 30's test level?
    Also the small gains of NEW cells from hgh should be facilitated by the test even if in a small dose.

    I never said it was a "TRT dose" anywhere bro. HRT = ~100mg/wk usually 200mg/wk tops. But that's of Test-C or E

    Look up average male testosterone levels yourself bud, my name is not google.

    Test-P gets more mg/mL.... so 250mg/wk is still going to be a small dose. but with proper diet and training, you can gain from that dose.
