    Input on first real cycle??

    32 yrs old, 5'7 tall, 247 lbs. Have done 3 pro cycles and have trained heavy for 3 years now. I feel plenty strong but I'm interested in a cutting cycle for fat loss and to lean up a bit. Currently benching 315- 3 sets, 8-6-4. Hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week- considering sust 250, tren e, and winstrol tabs- am I ready for a cycle like this???

    sorry man i dont think you are ready!

    what is your bf%? you need to be about 15% or under to lower the risk of bad side effects.

    it seems you can do alot with just diet and cardio! steroids are not the answer, they can just assist when our bodys cant naturally do it. in this case im sure your's can

    Not too sure on bf% but I bet it's over 15. Diets been pretty regular for a year now- 5am= protein shake, oatmeal, juice. 9am= granola, juice. 11:30 am chicken breast on whole wheat, cottage cheese, side salad. 4pm= granola, juice. 8:30pm= protein, 3 hard boiled eggs, brown rice and chicken breast. On Saturdays I usually have a pasta overload for carbs, then right back on schedule again. I've been staying pretty true to this for 11 months now, I eat the same things at the same time on a regular basis. I've lost inches in the waist but gained 10 lbs in this process- I just can't seem to lose the stubborn belly fat. I don't want to lose much strenth or muscle mass in the process so I thought that a good cut cycle would give me that extra edge that I'm looking for. Any thoughts on this- again considering sust 250, tren e, and winstrol tabs??

    no offense but that diet needs some major work.

    granola and juice is not a meal.

    You should get your bf down below 15% to start your first AAS cycle. It would suck to have acne, gyno, or other sides on your first cycle. I got acne on my first cycle. It wasn't much fun. It looked disgusting. I would recommend getting your bf down before you cycle.

    So why would there be more side effects if body weight is over 15%?? and I though test assisted in muscle growth and weight loss- any opinions on clen in a cycle, test, clen and winstrol tabs??

    the link between body fat and estrogen related sides is vague to say the least.

    You need to stop thinking about adding more compounds to a first cycle that you're clearly not ready for.

    Like I said above, you need to fix that diet first.

    Diet and cardio will get you cut, not adding clen, or winny.

    Start a thread in the diet forum, and read the educational threads.
