Need your help with my diet as i have been wanting to start AAS for some time and have managed to plan my cycle and PCT right with help of member on the site, but i think that i need to get my diet 100% right before i start anything as i may just see some good results from dieting alone. if you're starting your day with 10 whole eggs this isn't a cutting diet. Drop that to 2 whole eggs and 6-8 more egg whites
    AFTER GYM 11.30 AM : WHEY / OATS ½ CUP / BANANA/UDOS /
    CREATINE / BCAA

    what is Udos?

6-8 is the norm. Depends on what your goals are if you're cutting i like 7
2.Whats best way of cooking chicken as my george foreman seems to burn the outsides of my chicken breast??? May be over cooking or not enough seasoning. Some days just plain breat with nothing on it
I bake my chicken seasoned well with weber garlic&herb.
3.What veg is best for me on my diet?
Any fiberous veg (brocoli, mixed field greens, collard greens/turnip greens, asparagus, spinach, Stay away from sugary veg like carrots and peas if possible or use in moderation
    4. What else can you suggest kind ppl???
This diet would be much easier to critique if there were macro's for each meal and for each day. I know its a pain in the ass but it took me about an hour max to do the research and math for mine. Once you get it done its worth it. Take a look at my cutting diet to show you how to set up your macro's

    Scotty 51312,
Thanks for taking time to look at the diet, i know many ppl just can't be arsed with replying or reading reptative questions. So thanks for taking time out bro.

10 eggs, what i meant is that i have 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs in the morning to keep protein level up whilst training so that i can avoid depletion....
Udos is an Omega 3 enriched oil that i add in to my shakes, just type it into google, really popular stuff... I use Udos as well as Fish oil capsules.
I will take a look at your diet and try and work out all the figures, not good with numbers but i will give it a shot.
I will look up Macros for each meal and for each day.
Thanks again for your input mate....
