    Needs Advice

    i've just recieved deca 300 and sus 250, this is going to be my first ever cycle

    1. are they find to mix in the same syringe?

    2. should i be taken anything else with these?

    3. how many shots should i have a week and when and for how long?

    4. where is the most effective place to have my shot?

    5. and any valuable information would be highly appreciated as i dont know alot of people currently doing it where iam. Thx

    Height. 194cm
    weight. 81kg
    Body fat. roughly 8-12% as i'm quite skinny but fit!
    training. i've only really started weight traing in January on/off as i broke my ankle 4mnths back and i've lost 6 kilos i had to stop, before this was more just boxing fitness lets say cardio as i was an amateur boxer and had to keep my weight down an was not advised to do much weight work at all.

    Goals. Are to achieve all over size? just sick of not been able to put weight on really....

    both products are from Global.

    if you're only been wieght training for 9 months chances are you're hurt yourself training with AAS. You need a minimum of two years of hard training to build up your joints and tendons to take that strain of the new muscle you're going to put on. Whats your diet like? That would be a good starting point

    okay

    when i said training, i meant consistent weight train for 9mnths before was just on and off...

    diet is stable i eat reasonably 4 meals a day plus shakes!

    i justreally want to kno how to run my cycle???

    do i go sus for 6wks then deca for 6wks then keep following up with something else??
    i really dont have not much experience

    i have had a look through alot of the diets and programs cycles etc it's alot to take in but its all very valuable info for a beginner like myself so i'm going to go through the whole lot properly, one last question though! what are the chances of me ordering some D-bol 25 through the site and receiving it in Australia? would it get through or am i just wasting my time an $$$ as it is really hard to find over here.
