im discouraged. plain and simple.i workout everyday im off and i see improvement for sure but i feel like the work isnt worth the reward at this moment. i know my diet prob isnt perfect but i try my best with that. im all natural at the moment but im starting to reconsider that. i started @ 215 and im now down to 190. i would like to get back up to about 215 muscle though and its just not happening. so any words of encouragement would b awesome thanks
