I am 26 and this is my third cycle.I was boxer and doing bb for about 2 years.
I am 168 cm and 80 kg atm.
This cycle is 8 weeks but i will bridge it to another cycle until contest.
50 mg propionate ever day (saturday and sunday off) total 250 mg per week
250 mg deca monday+wednesday+friday total 750 mg per week
200 mg bolde monday+friday total 400 mg per week (@ week 4,5,6,7 i will take 600 mg monday+wednesday+friday)
Everday (sunday off) 10 mg wins tab+10 mg danabol (@ week 5-6 ,20 mg wins and danabol)
Everday 75 mg proviron + 150 mg zinc + 1gr C vit + 1 tab MultiVitamin Mineral Complex + 1 tab Magnesium Calsium Complex + 1 tab Baby Asprin
Every monday Neurogriseovit shot for my liver , protein sentesis and nervous system
Pre-Work Out 16 mg Ventolin
Post Work Out- 1 gr Metformin HCI with my prot shake ( added 125 g sugar)
My supps are whey protein and liquid amino acid ( iam not supp freak)
My diet is simple 1kg meat (500 gr white,500 gr red) and 600 gram rice everday.I eat egg white and oat at morning.And of course i eat vegatables and fruits time to time but its soo hard :/.
I just finished my second week and took about 5 kg.
