Test dose question

I've read on here numerous times that you should take more than 200mg a week of test. Because 200mg will only shut your natural test down.. However, on AR's main page under "Cycle's for the novice" there is a Enanthate/Deca stack. The does for test is only 200mg. I'm confused.. Is it ok for a novice to dose only 200mg?

I don't agree with a lot of those cycles , and besides , everyone is different and maybe it's a guide line to go by

400mg is the traditional dose, but 200-350mg per week can work too. If you want more info on low dose cycles, do a search using my screen name and the phrase "low dose cycle." I have had many indepth discussions on this board about low doses.

BTW, 200mg per eek of a long acting testosterone ester will NOT just shut you down--you CAN grow by using low doses. Refer to my posts for facts supporting the previous statement.
