    Shoulder Impingement keeps coming back..

Okay I have had a shoulder problem for about 10 months now and have seen a skelenton diagnosis doctor who diagnosed my shoulder problem as being impingement on the bursa cuff due to bad posture.

He says it can be cured by physio therapy, before I even saw the physiotherapist last week who gave me an exercise to do and help make my shoulder worse again I was getting back up in my strength and weights in shoulder press and bench press, it would hurt a little whilst taining but no pain at all outside of training until now...

I get a crackling sensation or popping maybe in my shoulder and the pain moves around all the time...

What can I do to cure this?........ It was going fine until I saw the physio.... and it inflamed again and is now still hurting a little, I am still goint to gym but only on light weights as last time I rested for 6wekks it made no difference.

Over head stretches and shoulder press movement on my back on the floor helps with freeing them ovement of my shoulders.. but I need more things to do to cure this problem.

PS. Would deca help when I am in rehabiliation of this problem?

Work your back muscles and really emphasis the rotator cuff. This is probably what is causing the impingement. Good luck

An inflamed bursa is a bitch to heal but it can be done. My buddy's a kick boxer and he's got bursitis. Not a good thing for a puncher. This is how he got back into things. He rested his shoulders for about 4 week. Yeah, it's hard to rest and do nothing. He did other exercises but he just rested his shoulder. Then he started physical therapy on his shoulder. He took HGH and anavar. It took him about a year but he's feeling pretty good now. Good luck.

I have the same problem. It sucks. It feels almost like the shoulder is dislocated for a second.

It's been posted many times and seems to help with MOST shoulder issues. It has helped with mine a lot.

After two courses of physical therapy and lots of NSAIDS, I wasn't cured. It was difficult to sleep at night and I was beginning to feel a bit hopeless with the pain and limited mobility. Finally, the doctor agreed to surgery for this problem. He went in and opened up some space in the joint and cleaned out the area. Recovery took several more months including PT before I was pain free. After about 6 months I was back to lifting about what I was before the impingement took place. Am fully recovered and think that surgery was the best option for me under the circumstances. Good luck.

    sirp
