I started dieting on Monday. Before that I was eating pure shit on a daily basis. Fast food, pizza, soda, ect. My diet consists of high protein , low carb, low fat meals. I eat 6-8 times a day with only water in between. I would list my whole diet but it's late and I'm tired.
Monday I weighed in at 256 on the gym scale. Tuesday my weight is 253. I go in today and the scale read 248. I was in disbelief, for one, that's 8lbs of weight loss in 3 days, and two, I can't remember the last time I was under 250.
When I was leaving the gym I talked to the one trainer there that I knew for sure knew his shit. I told him the story and he said I should try adding more carbs to my diet.
8lbs in 3 days sounds good to the ears but I know in my mind it can't be that good for the body. But now that I have been eating this way and seeing results, I can never see myself going back to my old ways. The hardest part is trying to remember to bring food with me if I'm gonna be out of the house for more than a few hours.
