After getting my cycle all planned out I figured i'd get everyone's opinion on the bare necessities for during. By this I mean everything besides the steroids themselves and items of your diet. It's been a while since my last cycle, but I like to take as many precautions as I can during it and I like to keep my body as healthy as possible. I am going to start a list of what I call the bare necessities, feel free to add to it or challenge brands..
- Liver support- i'll be trying Liv52 and milk thistle
- Multivitamin- Animal Pak - 2 packs a day
- Protein shakes- musclemilk and casein
- Amino Acids- Superior Amino full spectrum amino acid
- Flaxseed oil (for adding to shakes)
- Fish oils
- Garlic Pillsjust in case I feel a cold or something coming on during my cycle! I swear by those things!
