    Tren E + Sustanon + EC

whats up peeps..been off cycle now for going on 4 months and have maintained most all of my gains (only thing i have lost is a little on the bench) have stayed just as lean though..weighed in this morning at 195 pounds and was just 9 point calibered at 14% bodyfat..this next cycle's goal is to shed a few pounds of fat and add just a few pounds of muscle (guess thats always the goal!) these pics were taken in late may/early june? but i still look exactly the same..will be starting this in two weeks with the following doses

    weeks 10
    tren E 400mg per week
sustanon 500mg per week (both taken mon and thurs)
EC (only gonna keep it at 25mg per day throughout..comfortable and still provides reasonable results for me)

i started this cycle last monday so i just entered my 2nd week (3rd pin was yesterday morning)..nothing to report so far besides about 4 pounds of water weight gain, no sides or anything except a mild increase in libido..i guess i shouldnt expect any sides/gains for another week or two..have been keeping the calories up pretty well so we shall see!

now sitting at around 200 pounds..i began my 4th week..strength is beginning to shoot through the roof (so is my temper lol)..no real sides to report other then that..and some hair shedding which i thought i could avoid but it doesn't seem that way..i am starting to experience the lower back pain i've heard of others complaining about..im assuming its lower back pumps (i hope)..so far i am very happy with the results, my fellow gym buddies have noticed an increase in my size (although fairly subtle this early on) and i feel "harder" all over..if i can find an ex to come over and snap some pics soon i will update the pics

Try doing more ab work, it will help with the lower back pain. I used to get lower back pain, until I started doing planks.

They burn like a mother ****er, but well worth it. My core is now stronger, and my lower back pain is gone.

If you have lower back pain and really tight hamstrings, I would recommend you do some core exercises as well. I would also emphasize a few exercises of glutes in case they don't activate properly.

**** tren is awesome, changes people's bodies like crazy. How have the sides been? I wish it didnt make recovery so hard and wasn't so harsh on cardio or else i'd be running it in my next cycle.

the strength gains have been really good(insanely good) and i firmly believe the tren sides are grossly exaggerated..it never really affected my cardio which i do every single day..nor did i get the night sweats..it did turn up the aggression to the max but i kind of like that..and it kind of gives me this flush feeling in the face at night
