Hello, i am very new to everything about this subject. I thought i would make a post to learn terminology, and to introduce myself. I have been lifting since the age of 16 and am 20 years of age now. I am very interested in learning and pushing my body to new limits. I do not participate in body building competitions, nor do i play any sports. Lifting is more of something i just love doing and would love to see how far i can one day go. I look forward to your responses.
