    New Guy/New Cycle

    Alrighty here goes:

    25yo 200lbs 18%bf

    I have been in a gym consistently since I was 15, played Div. I football up until a couple of years ago. The past year my diet has been 50/50 (hence the high bf%) but I have been hitting it extremely hard in the gym and have no problem making the commitment required with a cycle.

    I play football in a semi-pro league and am looking for functional strength gains for performance and to avoid injury. Not exactly concerned about a beach body but not opposed to one either.

    dbol: 30/30/40/40
    sust 250: 250/250/500/500/500/250

    I have some proviron on hand and am thinking about adding it on the back end of the cycle

    I also have HCG, Nolva and Clomid on hand for a PCT. I am currently only planning on using the Nolva to wrap this little baby cycle up.

    Let me know what you think and if there is anything I should add or change up. I will post a pre-cycle pic as soon as I figure it out.

    1st things 1st, you should lower your bf% to 15 or less before starting this.
    How tall are you? from the pictures i think you can do alot more naturally bud.

    You should have the potential to do more naturally by the looks of your build.

    Thanks guys, I read that sticky up down left and right and will read it again as soon as I forget something. I am about 6' 1" The reason I have decided to start this cycle is because I have hit a wall as far as getting stronger. I have switched up my routine, tinkered with my diet and supplements to no end. I am really not too concerned with how I look, I am more concerned with getting stronger which I need to do. I figured this little starter cycle would give me the kick start I needed to throw more weight around.

    On a different note, how do you guys feel about supplements while on a cycle such as l-glutamine, cla and recovery drinks with small amounts of creatine 5mg or so?

    I forgot to mention I am really hoping this will help me rehab my leg faster, I broke my fibula about 10 months ago and it has taken its sweet time healing. My anterior tib/fib only contracts part of the time and maybe this will get it stronger faster so it heals quicker???

    Coming from experience, I mistakenly tried to rush recovery on a broken leg bone by using gear when I was 90% healed. It did more harm than good, I couldn't adequetly train at the high level that I wanted because of my need to use the heaviest weight possible to make the gains I wanted. Take your time, let your body recover. Get your BF% down and maximize your natural stature. Then... use gear to make that next step. ..

    i prefer test E over sust for early cycles... much more stable blood levels.. better ability to decide how your body reacts to a certain ester.

    I have calipers but anyone want to guess what my bf% is? I always seem to get a different reading with the calipers. Sust is what I have already and just to be clear I have already started this cycle....just think back to when you started your first cycle before I get flamed. I am really just looking to bulk up by a few pounds 5-10lbs and drop bf% by 3-5 pts. Any reason I wouldnt be able to accomplish this given my cycle? Diet is currently about 300-350g protein 80g of carbs no more than 100g and I use almonds, oils and avocado as my fat.

    that dosing protocol is garbage, just run a consistant dose as stable blood levels are key to cycling. 20-25 dbol is more than enough for a first time user and 4-500/wk test will suffice. No tapering up and down or you are just asking for ERSE's...

    Personally, I would put the effort in to get that bodyfat down to the 13-14% range before cycling. Its not much of a commitment if you are serious about cycling and its results

    I appreciate the input, I was actually thinking about upping the sust to 500 starting next week. Can I ask why the difference in dosage on the dbol, just about everything I have read regarding first cycles says between 30-40 a day?

    Any thoughts on the l-glutamine? needed or not...? Again I appreciate everyones input, putting 110% into this also means learning as much as possible.

    Ok guys I decided to scap this cycle approx. 3 days in....going to hit it hard au natural for a few more weeks to drop the bf% to sub 15%. Anything you would recommend coming off just a few days worth or dbol at 30mg a day and 1 250 amp of sust?

    I personally like HGH for its healing purposes. I know it has done wonders on me. It is amazing on tendons as well. Good Luck. probably good you scrapped the cycle.

    So you were on dbol for 3 days and shot sus one time?

    Ive thought about HGH for healing but things seem to be progressing pretty rapidly with my leg now and yes 30mg dbol for 3 days and 1 poke of sust 250. I figured nothing would of shut down but is there anything you guys would recommend coming off just that amount of aas?

    Im wondering if I could get a doc to get me some hgh....considering I play football might not hurt to have on hand since I will get hurt again.
