You probably just hurt your back a bit. Are you drinking lots of water? And IMO Liv52 works much better than milk thistle.

As a guy who has had liver damage and is familiar with liver pain, I can tell you to hold your right hand spread with your thumb about 5 inches below your nipple, your palm and middle to little fingers will rest on the portion of the liver that usually causes pain, this is the portion that protrudes from below the ribcage.

Although my experience with AAS has been limited to tren and test base, for me whey powder has caused more liver pain than the steroids, and just a footnote in case you ever brew, methanol fumes will absolutely KILL your liver if you are not very careful.....don't ask me how I know this....signed, dummy who inhales fumes

Pain in your back is not going to be liver pain. Liver pain can be mistaken for chest pain in some cases. I experienced this when i was perscribed high doses of liver toxic pain meds

As said earlier you probably have some lower back pain, but another possibility with low back pain is kidney pain. Do a search on the web on how to differentiate between kidney pain and lower back pain.
