I know where I want to be at in 5 yrs time, just not sure the best way to go about it in establishing my cycles to help me get there.
I know it's common advice to not cycle unless ur under 14% bf or whatever but I think i can do so safely at a higher bf, licking a little letro here and there.
My question in general is I'm looking for opinions on the best way to go about growing and leaning out.
I'm 43. I'm on my 2nd cycle, using steroids to quicken results rather than going natural until I"m 50 so I can get to where I want to be and enjoy it before I'm senile lol
Would it be better to do 3-5 more bulking cycles (while monitoring bf so it doesn't get out of control) and then follow up with 3-4 cutting cycles adding in cardio (diet is pretty good already).
Or would it be better to trim off some fat along the way of the next 3-5 cycles getting leaner as I go and then if necessary continue with more cycles to get the body i'm looking for with additional say prop/var type cycles to add additional lean mass?
I'm looking for the most effective and most expedient way to get to where I want to be. I don't want to be reckless but I'm 43 and am pretty much set on doing things the quicker way rather than the 'optimality recommended' way to maximize safety. I am comfortable with low risk after I do thorough risk/reward analysis.
I don't want the standard advice given to a 22 yo kid. I want advice (in your best judgment taking into consideration my age and desire to get decent bulk and fairly lean).
All feedback appreciated!
