    Importance of dose on time

    Is it OK to hit my Test E 12 hours earlier than my set time. I pin at 6am on Monday and 6pm on Thursday. I have somewhere to leave now to go somewhere. Can I hit 12 hours earlier and then get back on schedule ? I'm only on a low dose of Test E (300-350 mg per week).
