Test levels seem low?

Just got back my bloodwork today.My stats are, 37 yr old 5'11''/197 ibs /17%bf
I started a tread about this earlier this month but i cant find it .
I have been lifting for 2 years with little result.
My energy level is generally low ,i also have headaches ,joint pain ,mild depression.
The doc says everything looks normal.Below are the results .
TESTOSTERONE. 271.93 RANGE,170-790 NG/DL
THS. 2.18 RANGE , 0.34-5.6 uIU/MI


FREE TESTOSTERONE. 6.2 ,RANGE 4.0-29.0 NG/DL
SEX HORMONE BIND. 30 ,RANGE 13-89 NMOL/L
TESTOSTERONE BIOAV. 118 RANGE 77-357 NG/DL

in the meantime...look for 2nd opinion...i got treated with similar numbers, similar symtomps, same age...no reason to suffer
