Try aspirin or an anti inflammatory. Fish oil helps also. Lots of people use Glucosimine for joint issues but it has never done much for me. Drink plenty of water also, keep lubricated...

As far as OTC joint support, Cissus and a basic joint support formula are your best bet. Cissus basically works as the anabolic for your joints (the worker), while the Glucosamine, MSM, and Chondroitin act as the building blocks.
Cissus is also a natural anti-inflammatory, so it starts working in a matter of days. I just buy it as a bulk powder online and use 1/2 tsp twice a day.

lol. It's not that bad. Try some stuff dissolved in PEG, then try Cissus again. I can drink it without a chaser.

I was curious about this myself. Do you mix the Cissus with water or into your protien drinks and/or other supplemental drinks as well?

OMG I will 2nd that. I have drank/taken a lot of stuff that MOST people could not handle due to taste but this stuff is the worst. I tried to put it into capsules and it clumped up, went bad or something weird like it got wet but NO way did I get any moisture in it.

I just dump 1/2 tsp into maybe 6oz of water.

I had this issue with some a while back. It was a dry powder when I opened it and after a couple of days it clumped even though it closed. I did cap some as soon as I opened it and it worked better. This stuff must attract moisture very well.

Anyone try Hyaluronic Acid? I'm trying to get injections, but now I'm starting to hear it can be taken orally as well.

Correct. It's used to dissolve many liquid orals (along with ethanol) and it tastes God-awful.

Luckily I have discovered the secret to making liquid orals without PEG, so I no longer have to deal with it, nor any other disgusting solvents in most of my recipes.
And no, I'm not just giving that info away
