    New female member

    Hey . Just found this site a few days ago and it seems like a great resource with lots of knowledgeable posters. I've been training for 2 years now. No specific goals except to get bigger and stronger. I feel small and I hate it.

    Current stats:
    5'6"
    140lbs

    Squat: 195
    Bench: 140
    Deadlift: 230

    Hey lady! I'm new to the board as well! Impressive stats! I read what your goal is and I'm right there with ya girl! I'm 5'7" @ 140 and also feel "small" too
    its so awesome being able to talk to other chicks who have the same goals as I do... doing cycles of anything around my circle of friends is looked down upon for girls, and i dont care what they say, i wanna do what i wanna do! So it's cool talking to others on here with similar views. Have you tried anything before? If so, what have you seen the best results on?

    WastedTalent09: Thanks! Your avatar pic is super impressive -- I'm nowhere near as lean as you are! I haven't tried anything yet and it'll probably be another year before I do. In the meantime I'm just here to learn as much as I can. I hope I'll get access to the women's forum soon! What do you train for?

    Hey! aww you are too sweet, but if i showed you what my off season flab abz looked like now you wouldnt be saying that haha I took that pic, last June 100% natural and during my cutting stages of my last competion. My goal is to look like that AND SOME all year round and i think i'd need help, so that's why im on this site hahah!
    So yer waiting another year to try anything? Why so long? Just getting all the facts first? Cuz i hear ya on that! I am waiting too, but until the end of this novemberLoL.
    I know dude, i want access to the girls forum too, some things i dont wanna ask here!

    Haha wow! I'd like to be a little leaner than I am now but I'm still pretty comfortable with my current BF%. I'm planning to wait for a few reasons. Mostly cause I don't know what I'm doing and I've got a lot of research ahead of me! I've also got some injuries that I'd like to be fully recovered from so that I don't have to work around anything in my training. Also I'll have more disposable income after I graduate and move in the spring! Can't wait to be done with school!

    I am happy w/ my normal bf% too, but the past month i really REALLY went off the deepend. so unmotivated (never wanted to give up the wts in my life but did for 3 months!) but just didnt feel like hitting workouts and fell madly in love with the devil himself (a.k.a. reeses and his faithful nemesis cookie dough ice cream). LoL. so now that i've got that outta my system, I promised myself I'm ready to hit the diet&lifts again, scouts honor! LoL. You asked what i train for, I compete in the npc, trying to go pro in the next few years in figure (went national in bikini, but bikini is a BIG FAT joke haha) What you train for?

    I hear ya on waiting for school 2 b over w/! Good for you for sticking with it girl! i give you massive props for putting what you want to do on the backburner and finishing whats important! wish i was more patient like you!!! I raise my glass to you!!

    WastedTalent09: Yeah, it's kind of hard to take bikini seriously. I heard that they're planning to add a female physique division which would be somewhere between figure and BBing. Kind of like BBing in the 80s. I was training for a powerlifting competition but I don't think I'm ever going to compete. Mostly I just want to get bigger and stronger -- no real reason except VANITY! I can't wait to get started with this though! Have you done a cycle yet? I hope we get access to the women's forums soon... so many questions!
