How many IU's do I need to drop on the pregnancy test...?

Just a few drops. You want enough to wet the test fiber. Id suggest follow the directions that came with the test. It will tell you how much liquid is needed to make the test function properly.

1 iu should be plenty for a stick pregnancy test. If mixed at the ratio of 1ml per 10 iu vial, that would be 10 insulin units of volume or 0.1 ml... enough to get the stick thoroughly wet.
