You'll do the Var anyway - sooooo - 6 weeks is good. 50mg/ED. PCT doesn't need to be so rigorous. Nolva will do 20/20/20.

Good luck! You'll love Var. I'm on it now and enjoying it immensely.

I wouldn't advice reducing your bodyfat with anavar or clen at this stage, you need to re-design your diet and increase your cardio to attack your bf, to many people use compounds when its not needed, your body will cut fat if your dedicated enough to increase your cardio levels and sort your diet out. There is no need to start taking any compounds until you have come to a brick wall with your gains.

I did a var cycle and dropped from 260 to 217, then up to 220 b/c I looked too lanky at 217. If I had to do it over again I would have went with T3 and maybe a really low dose of var to keep from muscle burning. Personally clen makes me puke at 50mcg 2x/day so I hate it. And I only did the cycle after dropping from 300lbs to 260 and being stuck at 260 for like 6 months, before that it was wt loss thru diet.

BTW I am NOT advising or condoning u use var.

45 mins cardio 5 mornings a week on an empty stomach along with your very clean diet, tren ace really helps also, have you thought about trying ECA?

^^ X2.... Marcus is right as always.

OP, I know where you're coming from.... I was once 25% BF and cut down hard... I can tell you this... Anavar will not cut your fat like people say it does.... the only thing that will do that, is good diet and good cardio.

There is no magic pill.... Just hard work. P

I'll admit that I'm a slacker (to some degree) when it comes to diet, and am doing NO cardio now at all. Something I am learning is the real serious significance of developing proper feeding techniques, especially if your in this for the long haul (like several years). Because it is always gonna come back to ur feeding habits whether your trying to loose weight, gain lean muscle weight, maintain gains made post cycle.... that's why you see so many guys in a gym that are toned but don't add muscle over the period of months despite plenty of room for them to grow. They don't feed right.

Hell, *I* don't feed right. I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm here at this site because it is an excellent resource to use to transform your body and your life. I'm a work in progress and if I exercised the advice like Marcus gives on a regular basis I would not only be doing much better NOW, I also would be laying the tracks for further improvements approaching perfection over time when it comes to feeding. I take shortcuts (not reckless ones) but do not get the full benefit and pick up bad habits because of this. I'm doing a ton better than i was a few years ago when I was a 300lb walking heart attack waiting to happen, but I'm hoping by me being honest about my weaknesses in this area you and others can avoid or at least minimize similar weaknesses.

I'm doing OK, and I'm doing it safely, but if I followed the advice given by people like Marcus I would be doing Great, there is a big difference between OK and great, especially when your talking about doing something for years of your life.

if you get your diet and cardio right, abit of clen will definately speed things up but its not gonna do shit unless ur diet is good and your doing cardio.

wait till your dropping weight naturally then add in the clen. i love clen myself and find that it actually helps me hold some mass when cutting

I agree with the morning cardio, clean diet, and even the ECA - but really, doesn't tren ace for a 24yo with no real experience seem a tad over the top?

I tried a few things last year (t3, clen, dnp) to aid cutting, I was nowhere near 25% though.. I found all they tended to do was hamper my cardio and give me cravings.. I lost the most bodyfat by far just from being disciplined with routine morning cardio and diet.. At 25% there's no magic bullet, it's just going to take new mental habits...
