    Spot jabs

    Hi all.
As bi's and tri's have always been lagging body parts for me, would it be beneficial in any way if I injected directly into these areas?

No. Just train them harder while on cycle.

^^^Agreed, spot injection benefit is a myth...other than Synthol-like products.

Like Bona said "harder", and possibly more efficiently as well:

    - Intensity (shorter rest between sets)
    - Increased variety (angles of exercises)
    - Make sure you're resting them enough between workouts
    - Apply heavier & reps to encourage development

Lastly, focus on building exercises. Specifically, Kick Backs and Dips for Tris; peak heightening Preacher Curls; and Reverse Curls for the Brachialis (the small rounded muscle beneath the bicep that bolsters it); and Reverse Press Downs to emphasize the inner Tricep.

Many thanks for the replies. Can you please explain to me what reverse press downs are?
