    G'day from Sydney

    Hey how's it going? 33y.o. here and just getting into strongman. I've been lifting seriously for 8 years out of the past 12, workouts average 3 per week. Got some decent PBs and deciding to turn to the "dark side" for some accelerated and hopefully permanent gains. Cheers

    Hindi rock has been given a new avatar. This has come in the form of a reality show.
