Ok after quite a few folks reccomending Clen to shred some fat and keep muscle mass I ordered some from the guys at ar-r. Now that is has arrived I see that it is oral liquid. It has a little 1 mL syringe for application. I have never used the product and want to run it for 6 wks. I got 2 of the 30 mL 200mcg/mL bottles so that should be plenty. I will be running and swimming for most of the cardio portion (5 days a wk, run 3 swim 2) and lifting 5 days a week (high reps lower weight)
Wk 1
Days 1-2 = 60mcg daily
Days 3-5 = 80mcg daily
Days 5-7 =100mcg daily
Wk 2
Days 1-3 = 120mcg Daily
Days 4-7 = 140mcg daily
Wk 3
160mcg daily
Wk 4
160 mcg daily
Wk 5
160mcg Daily
Wk 6
Days 1-3 = 120mcg Daily
Days 4-7 = 80mcg Daily
Of course I will be following diet and exercise this hole time.
I have a few questions,
1. Is this safe for a first time? I didnt want to go nuts with the dose but I want a good result. I will be hydrating (gallon of water daily) and monitoring temp as well as taking taurine (for the cramping?)
2. Can I mix this in a shake, or chase it with some orange juice in the mornings or does this stuff need to go in my mouth with nothing else for proper absorption.
3. Does this stuff absorb bucally (in my mouth) or do I need to swallow it so that in goes into my stomach and absorbs there? I am sure this seems like a dumb question to some of you but I have some medical background and know that certain drugs absorb better different ways. So any advice would be helpful, I dont want to be wasting my $$ on something that doesnt work because I didnt use it properly.
4. Proper storage of the product? Refridgerator, medicine cabinet??? May seem like another kind of dumb question but I know once its open to free flowing air its going to be more prone to contamination and lots more stuff grows at room temperature then fridge temp.
