It might help you to cut back perhaps .5 units for awhile and see what happens and then hang there for a bit and then ramp back up especially with the cramping which is just not worth it since I bet it interferes with your workout. Also...I do wish you would wait until you are at least 30 to take HGH. At 27 you still have SO MUCH growth hormone already. Many here do think it is best to wait for a bit...my .02
