I don't know if this is a dumb question but I wonder if you get bad sleep if you sleep on the couch compared to sleeping in a bed. Sometimes it takes a while until I fall asleep in my bed and sometimes I wake up earlier than I should. My couch is much more comfortable than my bed. I have afford to buy a new bed but I want to go and visit my friends in Japan.
Also is it bad to sleep 6 hours and later in the day sleep for a couple of hours than sleeping 8 hours straight?
